We take time to understand your pet, and take the utmost care of them.

Our policies

• Dogs are taken on in a case-by-case basis, based on size and energy levels, and my ability to provide for their needs.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance will be due when the stay/visits are complete.

• We require 12 hours notice to cancel an appointment, any cancellations within that period will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

• Holidays will come with a $10 per visit/day surcharge.

• A last minute charge of $10 per visit/day will be added for anything booked within 12 hours of the start of the booking.

• For bookings more than 10 days, a special rate will be discussed.
